Services

Martha Lask Consulting offers several services to help clients address their opportunities and challenges:

  • Executive Leadership Exchange (ELE) helps non-profit leaders to lead in effective and inspirational ways. In ELE a cohort of leaders meet face to face, form small group confidential think-tanks and receive individual coaching. By taking the time for professional growth and development, non-profit executives advance the success of their organizations

  • Individual Leadership Coaching is based on a partnership of mutual trust and is designed to expand individual and systemic strengths. We help clients address their challenges within the context of the person’s style, motivation, the culture of the system and the work to be done.

  • Because solid partnerships are the foundation of good collaboration, Maximizing Business Partnerships focuses on the relationship skills critical to achieving successful business outcomes: listening and inquiry, coming to clear agreements, influence through support and challenge. Clients learn how to have the contracting conversations necessary for optimum working relationships.

  • wrapManagement Team Effectiveness
  • We work with Management Teams that:
    • want to set a vision and supporting structures for their work as a team
    • want to improve their communication and become better aligned
We work systematically, following a clear set of steps:
    • We interview team members to determine the goals and issues from all perspectives.
    • We establish goals for our work that everyone agrees to.
    • We work according to a clear timetable stopping to examine the impact of different communication and work styles.
  • Authentic Movement: We utilize innovative approaches, including dance/movement and visual art, to help individuals and groups fine-tune communication skills and gain insight. One approach, called Authentic Movement, is a safe and simple form. In the role of facilitator and coach, we customize Authentic Movement sessions for individuals and groups, and incorporate organization development theories such as Appreciative Inquiry, Theory U, and Polarity Management.
